Q&A
Why vegetarian lifestyle is good for health? It is very simple, but important question.
People known as vegetalian; John Lenon, Paul McCartney, Bob Marley, Madonna, Kenji Miyazawa,
Tolstoy, Shakespeare, Pythagoras, Leonardo da Vinci, and Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi have
"healthy body", " flexible thinking" and "tender heart". And most of them care about natural environment.
Q1. Why not using animal proteins?
A1. Eating too much animal protein is harmful for your health.
Althogh we have high level medical science and enough nutritious food, a lot of people are still suffering from disease and taking medicine. Why? We can change from the lifestyle especially about animal protein. Many rainforests in foreign countries are cutting down to supply unbelievably cheap hamburgers in Japan. There are many caws living in quite unnatural way to supply milk and meat to human being. Not by being stoic vegetarian, but by checking our food again, we may be able to think of the sacrifice of the nature. And, we may discover "a real rich and happy life".
Q2.Why not using sugar?
A2. Because it is harmful for your health.
Our food contains too much sugar. Sugar makes us feel chilled, expansive, and irritated. Instead of sugar, it has enough sweetness for mirin, rice malt syrop, and other natural foods.
Q3. Why not using chemical seosoning?
A3. Because it is harmful for your health.
We take 70-80 kinds of chemical seasoning and colouring every day. It is estimated 3.65kg/year. Please enjoy our chemical-free meals, which remind you the real taste of the food.
Q4. What is "kokusai" (vegetable and grain) dish?
A4. Instead of taking animal food as main protain resource, "kokusai" dish is mainly made of grains and vegetables.
Most of our vegetables are seosonal fresh ones from farmers in Yasato and Kukizaki. Arranging these vegetables, grains, fermented food, beans, and seaweed bring us surprising variety of meals.
