Sponge cake, the base for fancy cake, is soft and slightly moist.
We have two choices for cream decoration, Tofu cream and ponsen (rice
cracker) cream. All of our cakes are custom made according to your
requests.
※You can add a message or name & special birthday candles
made from beewax(100% Beewax candles 90 yen/stick) on the cake.

This cake looks like a real baked cheesecake with a cheesecake taste.
However, the main ingredient is tofu that is made from organic beans
and free from dairy products. This is one of the most popular sweets
in our restaurant.

Topped with fresh fruits and vegetables. Sometimes we use dried fruits
because we are keen in using organic ingredients.
